Use Management Customer Groups when the job is trusted administration of customer groups and customer-group product variant prices.

Management API customer group operations own customer group creation, update, deletion, listing, direct reads, price listing, single price reads, and bulk price upsert/delete operations.

Use Customer Groups when the caller only needs customer-facing access or price reads in user, organisation, store group, and market context. Use Variants when the base variant price is changing outside customer-group pricing.
