Use Folders when the job is shopper/public media browsing by folder context. These routes read folder metadata, folder contents, folder facets, public folders, and folder trees.

Use Management DAM folder routes when the job is administrative folder management. Use these folder routes when the consumer only needs to read public folder structure or media collections.
