Auth API organisation operations own current-user organisation listing, registration, reads, patching, deletion, organisation trees, organisation-user membership, and organisation attribute relationships.

Use Organizations when the job is trusted Management API administration of organization records, tags, addresses, restrictions, and merchant-user access. The spelling difference reflects the historical APIs; choose by API and caller context.
